My friend Stephen Bungay died this week. One of Britain’s most syncretic business thinkers, he wrote the best book of all on the Battle of Britain (“Most Dangerous Enemy”) and a very fine survey of Alamein. A great gentleman, a fine writer. Read him if you can. A great loss.StS

The Most Dangerous Enemy is one of those books I get out every couple of years. Very saddened to hear of his passing

I agree, it's the best analysis I've read of the Battle and his Alamein book is definitely worth reading too.
