German Abbreviation

Probably everyone but me knows this, but what does Flg.Gast mean? It's obvious from the context that it's a technical team of some kind, not "Fluggast" as in passenger on a plane.

Thanks, that’ll be it. It comes up in the KTB of Luftgau XIV’s Quartermaster (BA RL 19-14/28) where he talks about support for a unit moving to Rhein-Main: »Die in Rhein-Main eingefallenen 11./KG 200 (Fw 190) wird furch Flg. Gast mot 105/VII versorgt.«

The other abbreviation often used in that KTB is »Mast«, always when talking about stocks of bombs, flares etc., so I'd imagine that's »Munitions-Ausgabestelle«

I can confirm Mast=Munitions-Ausgabestelle.

If indeed Mast=Munitions-Ausgabestelle, it is abbreviated MASt

I agree but Luftgau XIV’s Quartermaster didn't!
