Information concerning loss of Uffz. Paul Goldbrunner - killed 13.07.1942
 

Hi,

Can anyone provide loss details for Uffz. Paul Goldbrunner who was a bordfunker and lost on the 13th July 1942?

He was an experienced flier with the EKI and flight battle badge and had seen service over Afrika and Russia.

He was in Ju-52/3m Wnr. 7427 of KGr. zbV. 50 that crashed (80% damages) nr Tschugujew (German spelling at that time). Other crew members got injured.
I gather place is now spelled Chuhuiv, SE of Charkiv, Ukraine.

Crash date likely 11 July 1942, died of wounds later?

GQM loss return 17 July 1942 item 100:
crash date 11 July 1942, Uffz Paul Goldbrunner and Obgfr Richard Kellner injured.
Correction 29 July 1942:
Uffz Goldbrunner seinen Verletzungen erlegen/succumbed to his injuries.
