Information concerning loss of ffz. Heini Paulus - killed 13.10.1942 in the West

Hi,

Please can anyone provide information on the loss of Uffz. Heini Paulus - an experienced flier with the EK I and other awards who was killed whilst a member of a reconnaissance squadron (looks like gunner or radio operater) on 13th October 1942 over the West?

GQM loss return 16 Oct 1942 item 99:
13.10.1942 3.(F)/123, loss location and loss reason unknown, Ju 88 D-1 WNr. 1449 4U+KL 100%.
F Fw Friedrich Heller
B Fw Gottfried Neudeck
Bf Uffz Heinrich Paulus
Bs Uffz Herbert Krause, all missing.
