Information concerning loss of Obergefreiter Willi Weber - killed 02.04.44

Hi,

Can anyone provide loss details for Obergefreiter Willi Weber who died in a flight mission on the 2nd April 1944.

He had been awarded the EK II and was a Bordmechaniker.

All I coud find was an Ogef Wilhelm Weber born Wien 24.01.1918 and KIA 02.04.1944 being buried Iasi Romania (Jassy) . There was a lot of action there at this time against advancing Soviet forces . Perhaps his unit could be identified from the area he was lost in ,
