Seeking details of Horst STILLER

CWGC has a Horst STILLER - German Airmen.
Fayid War Cemetery, Egypt.
Loss date is given as 13 November 1942.
Anyone know cause of death/Unit or aircraft ?

From findagrave I see that he died at No.19 General Hospital, Geneifa(?). This may well have been the area of POW Camp 306 (Southern Sinai). So just where can it be found when he actually became a POW ?

Re: Seeking details of Horst STILLER

Horst Stiller was a Gefreiter. While he could have been an aircrew, most Gefr I see in German loss lists are for ground units, so it is possible that this man belonged to one of the Flak or paratroops units fighting in Africa.

In RL III/1184, you can find some lists of MIA for units engaged at El Alamein. My understanding is that as there is no POW category in this file, they are included in the MIA. Names are not given for KIA and WIA of ground units, but are for MIA. Still I could find no Stiller in it. It is also possible that such loss lists will be reported in later reports (ground units list were sometimes reported months later).
