Breach of copyright! Contact to Claes Sundin!

Hi folks!

Maybe out of topic, but maybe some can help. I found one of my Luftwaffe profile drawings at Ebay.de. For some days I try to get answers from the seller, but he isn't really cooperative. In the meantime he also sells some artwork from Claes Sundin and other artists I don't know. I wrote to Claes (email adress from his website) but no answer. Does anybody have an email adress he is reading daily?

For those who will have a look at the auctions:

For more see the rest of the sellers auctions.

Cheers, Simon

Simon, I have seen these displays for sale for some time on the bay. I did not kow who did the artwork but thought it was interesting and well done.
I came close to bidding on one a while back but the repro awards are post war style without the Swastika.
Anyhow this Bum has been at it for some time and I hope you get him to stop.... or PAY YOU and Claus what you deserve for using both of your excellent prints.....
Keep us posted.... and for sure I will never bid on these items now knowing you two and who knows who else is being ripped off.

Hi,

Have you raised the issue with eBay? Also, has the seller purchased the prints from somewhere and just pasted them into the display or has he copied them if they aren't commercially available as prints or in books?

The latter case could be clear breach of copyright the former not quite so.

I have found eBay pretty good in sorting out issues especially where there can be a possibilty of legal action which could involve them!

Regards

David
