Hi Folks,

does any of you know the date when мл.л-т Калинин Вячеслав Сергеевич -Vyacheslav Sergeevich Kalinin-
(La-5 / La-7, 17th VVS, 31. IAP) was killed in 1945? He had 6+1 victories.

Kalinin V S was not killed during the wartime. He succesfully ended the war on 09.05.1945 with 253 combat sorties, 52 air combats and 6+1 air victories on his count.

thanks for your comment. It is weird as one of the 31. IAP veterans mentioned him as being KIA in 1945.... Well, it had happened too long time ago. Thanks,
