The second pic looks like a captured machine (American in cockpit) with the wrong prop/spinner put on it. Possibly on display back in the States.

This is not the first time around for this picture. It was offered for sale in November by historicalmedia2006 (at least that is what was pasted over the picture.) Definitely not active duty, the collapsed landing gear legs and flat tire would indicate it had been a while since it had seen maintenance, and yeah, the spinner, missing canopy, etc., etc. - GI in the cockpit, something wrong with the lower cowl (just ajar or is it form a different version) and other stuff......
