Fj.Fw. Harry Specht, + 1/6/44

Hi all.
I am looking for any info regarding to the Luftwaffe fighter pilot Fj.Fw. Harry Specht. He died on January 6, 1944. Can anyone write me the unit he belonged to, plane he flew on that day etc.
Any info would be of great help to me...
