Feldpostnumber L13323

Hello reader,
Can you give me information to which unit the Feldpostnumber L 13323 corresponds.
What was the purpuse of this unit??

(15.9.1940-31.1.1941) 13. Kompanie Luftnachrichten-Regiment 50,

(1.2.1941-11.7.1941) 23. Kompanie Luftgau-Nachrichten-Regiment Norwegen,

(25.1.1943-31.7.1943) 13. Kompanie Luftnachrichten-Regiment 55,

Many thanks for your detailed information.
I have made a mistake.
I though that the number L13323 was a Feldpostnumber but it is a bunker type number.
