Keep cool, everybody. I'm the publisher. I'll let you know about price and availability as soon as we are able to. It is a gorgeous book - we definitely do not intend to offer a limited edition only and have not at all decided on the price yet. Above all, it will be available from out U.S. distributor, so you do not need to order in Germany right now.
