Hi;

Equipment/Part plate from Ju87 Stuka (87.412 ?) oil-tank/fuel-tank perhaps but presenting pictures in such low resolution gives not much room for accurate i.d.

Re: please help, Junkers plate

Hello Phil and others;

An Ju52 maybe.
First field: 52 xxxx something ?
Second field: 57.1IB ?
Third field is Typ u. Grp.
(such is known from Ju 52 plates)
one at bottom ´Prúfbar´.: xxxx ´kg/cm´ indicates pressure (an hydrilic / Phneumatic) actuator tank or flask perhaps?

Saying anything useful of such low resulution /
blurry picture is like sticking ones head out and then let
some expert chop it off...

cheers

Re: please help, Junkers plate

Here's a look at an example of this type of plate from a Ju 52; I also have an identical example marked to a Ju 87. I believe that the plate pictured in the first post in this thread is from a Ju 87; in spite of damage to the face surface, "87" can be made out in the second (Zeichen) and third (Typ. u. Grp.) entry lines.

Re: please help, Junkers plate

The first data plate is from an Ju 87 water radiator. Junkers Kalorifer built radiators during WW II.

Re: please help, Junkers plate

hello Mr Achs,
I am sitting in front of my ersatzteil-liste ju 87 dated jan 1939.
you tell in your mail that it is the water cooler that number.and I dissagree.
for your info the water cooler
wasserkuhler,vollst has as ersatzteilnummer 87.757 and is located in the baugruppe 757 this for your info.
you have a SKF-Behr-wasserkuhler that has another number its F 395 D
this number reffers to Suddeutsche Kuhlerfabrik,stuttgart.
kindly reg
