VVS OB 9/39
 

Does anyone know where I might find a detailed OB for the VVS in September 1939? The Statistical Digest doesn't go back that far.

If iam rigfht I have written the Soviet OdB (but only for agresson on Poland on 17 IX 1939). This is OdB for two Soviet military district: Bialorussian and Kiev Special Military Dristrict.
There are detail lists of VVS's units for red armies and mostly for front avaition units as on 17 IX and some leter changed during Russian agression and war agains Poland.

Mirek,
I can probably handle the Polish if most of the data is tabular, but I think that I'll have a difficult time tracking down those magazines in the USA. Any chance you could send me a scan or electronic copies?
