Fw-190 A-5 werknummer 2603

Fw-190 A-5 Wnr -2603 from 3./JG26 made a belly-landing on September 2nd 1943 somewhere in Belgium. Who was the pilot of this plane and where happened the belly-landing ?

I do not have the pilot's name, but the location is given as Wevelghem.
