Vorstoss gegen paragraph 92

In August 1943 a German pilot, who died in a crash, was buried without military honours, because of "Vorstoss gegen paragraph 92 Vfg.E.Reichsmarsch."=Offence against paragraph 92 etc.
Does anybody on this board knows the meaning of this?

This pilot was most probably indicted as a traitor or did finally commit a treason.

I think this means "low level flying", this was the famous Luftwaffe directive against low level flying.

hi,didnt a hans joahim marseille,do that, before 1939 ,has ive read, he scared some workers out on autobahns,always doin it,thats why he was a cadet, before 1941,still with 7 victorys,
