Luftwaffe and Allied Air Forces Discussion Forum - Obgefr Morsbach Wilhelm 2nd September 1944

Hello to all

I am looking for information on the Obgefr Morsbach Wilhelm (MIA) listed as missing and buried as Unknown at Lommel with the date of dead or disappearance the 2nd september1944
He seems that he was a pilot or an airman loss around Blaregnies (Belgium) just north of the French Belgian border 10KM NNW of Maubeuge
I would like to know in which unit and aircraft he was?
Another possibility is that he was among troops and killed during the fights of “Pocket of Mons”
