German WW II rivits

Hi ,
Is there by any chance someone familiar with German WWII rivits?

What do the following terms mean. The numbers indicate a size but does it tell what type of rivit it is? Whether it is a flush or dome head, etc..?

DuFS5X50FS

Du R3X7F

DuFs 3X8F

There is few types as I know and they are mostly flushed. I have seen just general list of this material as factory orders but no special technical specification.

Attached is a scan of pages 70 and 71 in "Metallflugzeugbau: 1000 Fragen und Antworten aus Werkstoffkunde, Arbeitskunde, Flugzeugkunde und Fachrechnen" by Dr. Alfred Spraul, published in Vienna in 1942.

So, here are the rivet types you asked about:
Du FS 5X50 FS = Flush head and tail.

Du R 3X7 F = Half-round head, flat tail.

Du Fs 3X8 F = Flush head, flat tail.
