DT or FM ? ? ?

Hello!

I would like to know when the the 257 RAF Sqn. changed his code in 1941 from DT to FM

Some sources said in May and other sources said in nov/dec

But John rawlings said in Fighter squadrons of the RAF said in nov/dec 41.
I would like something official, I don't know if in the ORB of 257 Sqn. maybe it is written ? ? ?
