Is this a complete list of units operating the He 59 in summer 1940?
How many He 59s were on strength and with what units on 13/8/40?

The correct units would be:
Seenotflugkommandos 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5
1./K.Gr.z.b.V.108
Küstenfliegerstaffel 1./706 (U)
The other units are just commanding units for the various Seenotflugkommandos.
