Typhoon MN-191

On 19/11/1944 a Typhoon IB serial MN-191 from 137 Sqdn was lost due to Flak . The pilot F/O Manfred Noel JM RAAF 413627 (KIA) is buried at Hotton Belgium.
Where did this aircraft came down ?

Re: Typhoon MN-191

Alain,

Both 2nd TAF and FC losses put this loss on the 18th November. I'm afraid the only location is a vague 'east of Sittard'.

Regards,

Steve

Refer to my reaction on MN191 on the RAF Commands Board.
