can anyone confirm that this aircraft whch was downed at the drop zone near Cugny close to the France Belgium border at around about 00h30 on the night of 8/9 th aug 1944 was claimed by Owf Hans Todat From 1/jg301. If so.. any imformation on Todat ie. did he survive the war? If Todat did not claim this aircraft, do we know who might have. I thank you in advance .dennis markson

According to Frappe, Todt (not Todat) did make a claim that night but that is all the evidence there is, from what I can see. He did make a number of other claims and does not appear in the War Graves list as dead
