Luftwaffe and Allied Air Forces Discussion Forum - Peter Stansky New Release 07.09.40

Known for other writings including "London's Burning: Life, Death and Art in the Second World War", has announced release of new work:
"The First Day of the Blitz, September 7, 1940".

Peter is better know for his life and art studies in a social context, I am surprised such a writing is to be released by this author. Perhaps it is what as the synopsis contends that no day in the history of the British Empire weighed so heavy as the day Germany changed tactics as it neared realisation of its goal for eliminating the RAF as Sept, 7 1940 when Britain almost was lost.

I believe this to be the first book dedicated to this event. I am personally anticipating its release, Nov. 7 in North America.
