Elektrischen Durchladeschaltkasten

It is the electrical timing box to control the function of the MG131 and MG151 Cannons.

The other plate is from the Landing Flap I beleive.

Could you tell me where it was situated? I have a spare part list and some other manuals on the 109 but can't find the location.

Thank you

Notice that the Bf 109 E-4 has no MG 131 or MG 151. This type was using only MG 17 and MG FF/M.

The WNr. 5388 was build at the Wiener Neustädter Flugzeugwerke (WNF).

Good point!

There was an EDSK was located in both wings, next to the wing cannons; and always next to the central 151 cannon. Another location is just in front of the firewall next to the MG131.

The problem is this...

As far as I know the EDSK was ONLY used for the MG131 and MG151/15, MG151/20. So either the werk number you have is incorrect, or someone made the set up from 2 data plates they found and invented the story :(.

My knowldge is F-K not so much the Emil...
