75 (NZ) Squadron Wellingtons July 1940
 

Hi guys

While perusing RNZAF history, I notice that at least two Wellington crews claimed shooting down German night bombers in July 1940. The first was reported by Flt Lt Adams' crew, who claimed an aircraft in its landing circuit, the other by Flg Off Williams' crew towards the end of the month during an encounter with three He111s; one was claimed shot down, one probable and a third damaged.

Can anyone put dates to these incidents and confirm any German losses?
