nightfighter losses 16/17-june 1944
Hello,
On june 17, 1944 at about 03.50 h (report time) a German Nightfighter made a forced landing near Steenderen, East of Arnhem (The Netherlands).
The a/c was damaged but the crew of 3 was ok.
Who has information about the nightfighter losses that night?
RAF Bomber Command attacked Sterkrade (synthetic oil plant) with 321 bombers.
Probably a NJG 1 aircraft ???
