According to the book "Arado - Geschichte eines Flugzeugwerkes" 31 Arado 199 have been built, 5 "Versuchsmuster" and 26 from serial production. The book gives data for the following:

V1, Wrk.Nr. 3671, D-IFRB, later NH+AM, E-Stelle Travemünde in 1940, later Kemi/Finnland 1943.
V2, Wrk.Nr. 3672, D-ISBC, later probably BH+BM, Probably crash at E-Stelle Travemünde in 1940
V3, Wrk.Nr. 3673, D-ITLF, later TJ+HL, finally Seenotkommando IX, lost on 14.8.1942, recovered in 1993 from lake Wernj/Finnland
V4, Wrk.Nr. 3674, Musterflugzeug for 0-series, E-Stelle Travemünde in 1940
V5, (Wrk.Nr. 3676), RC+HR, testplane for changed flaps, to E-Stelle Travemünde on 27.1.1941, last documentation there in November 1941.

A-0, WRk.Nr. 0007, should be used as swamp rescue plane in Finnland in May 1940
A-0, Wrk.Nr. 0011, transferred to Pori/Finnland in May 1943
A-0, Wrk.Nr. 0017, damaged in emergency landing at Chartres/France on 28.5.1943, transfered to LZA Travemünde
A-0, Wrk.Nr. 0020, swamp rescue plane at SNK IX
A-0, Wrk.Nr. 0026, in October 1943 at 10. Seenotstaffel Stavanger
A-0, KK+BT, October 1942 E-Stelle Travemünde, May 1944 Seefliegerschule Bug on the island Rügen
A-0, BH+AN, April 1940 in Norway
A-0, DM+ZE, 15.5.1943 crash landing at Tournai without damage
A-0, KK+BX, January 1944 in Tromsö
A-0, BH+AM, summer 1943 in Kemi/Finnland

The book shows two small photos of V2 and V3
