I'm not sure about the sources that Jerry quoted, but RLM gave export permission for two Ju 87 A-1 (actually identified as K 1 in the document) on 9 October 1937. The aircraft were W.Nr. 870119 and 870120.

The Japanese wouldn't have been interested in an A version in 1940 but rather would have gone for the better B version instead, like they went for the latest versions of the Bf 109 E etc.
