However, Fritz Morzik himself wrote that Fiebig was temporarily relieved of his command of VIII. FK to replace GenMaj V. Carganico as "Air Transport Chief (Stalingrad)" - the text is in English.
My main source for ranks and posts is the excellent Axis Biographical Research site. However, for some reason they give them in English.
Anyway, Pawel was right, the exact translation is "Lufttransportführer".
