Medical Treatment of Captured Allied Aircrew in 1940

Does anyone out there have any information (factual or anecdotal) about the medical treatment of wounded Allied aircrew captured by German forces during the Battle of France in 1940?

Would these aircrew have received medical treatment in France? or would they have been transported to hospitals in Germany? Would such hospitals have been civilian or military facilities? and does anyone know anything specifically about aircrew being sent to a hospital in Rhede Germany during this time period?

The main hospital in Rhede (which is on the German/Dutch border) is called St.-Vinzenz.

Any assistance appreciated.
