Actually I hope the criticism provides some encouragement for the russian authors to come forth from their "self-imposed isolation" and translate their works into English. I am very much interested in any serious book on the Eastern Front air war, much more so than the umpteenth book on the US bomber campaign or the Defense of the Reich.
