He is saying "Thanks NARA, Flickr and other friendly sites!" Indeed, loading a 1200x700 pixel picture gives a high resolution 10x15 (cms) print!!! Without doubts.
.... The world of collectors and passionates is full of liers, robbers and fools; whatever the subject of the collection. I think remembering comments about one such seller (the same?) "If not loaded, you just have to go to NARA and get nice shots there, then make reprints".
