Re: 2./JG3 and Stab/KG28 11 June 1940
According to Battle of France then and now by P. Cronwell 2 Bf 109 E-1 was shot down in battle with 111 SQN. First plane crash-landed north of Le Havre, pilot unhurt, second crashed on coast between Berneval-le-Grand and Belleville-sur-Mer, pilot Uffz. L. Uth killed.
Stab/KG 28 lost two Do 17 M on sortie to Le Havre. First was destroyed, second belly-landed but was repairable. No names mentioned, all crew were unhurt.
