I am sure you are correct Andy, however Mias was shot down on 19th June, but by who/what.
The only Hurricane units operating over France at this time would have been
possibly 32, 56, 79, 111, 145, 151, 245 & 601 Squadrons but I have no claims for any of these on 19th June.
Is it likely that Mias was shot down by a French fighter?
verdict still awaited
