look at Wiki http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Butt_Report , scroll down to the bottom of the page. So at least you can find it at NA at Kew and Davis’ book might have at least very good info on its content. I didn’t open the Davis' book link, so cannot promise anything definite.
