Hi Ray.
I would think that the information for the loss report has been taken from other pilots of that missions reports and that Gogh has been taken as the nearest town.

I don't know the exact location of the belly landing but the "5 miles SW of Gogh" given in the incident report ( # 5553) would , according to Google Maps, put the crash site just over the Dutch border.
