Whom it might interest, here is a link to a diary which was found in Lapland in 1940. It is now kept at the Finnish National Archive under folder PK 828/1
. It is my understading it is written by a Soviet pilot who operated from Soviet Karelia. Of course you are free to correct me, if I am mistaken.
