Yes, I stumbled also on those excellent US colour films shot in April 1945 at Nürnberg and Grafenwöhr.
As for the BF 109 G, it is actually an Erla Bf 109 G-10 with the flat canted panel under the windscreen, found at Grafenwöhr. This plane has been discussed in depth in the following thread:

You can notice there this machine was actually finished in a segmented RLM 82/RLM 83 pattern which lower limit went down until the wing. The undersurfaces might have been left in bare metal. A colour profile has been published in 2007: "Captured Me109's" by Jacek Jackiewicz and Mirosław Wawrzyński:
