Gentlemen,

The electric power plants were important industrial objects, but were not targeted often by USAAF in Europe during WW2. I have found no any detailed description of it in the US materials, checked by me. What was the cause? Maybe because such plants supplied also large civilian populations, not only the industry?

Is there any available source considering such kind of targets and their partly ignorance?
