'Battle of France, Then and Now' has LeO 451 '48' GB I/12, shot down by enemy fighter South of Sedan, crashed between Maisoncelle and Bulson at 12.30. Crew as follows:

S/Lt P Hugot and Adjt L. L Leroy both killed, Adjt Jacquemin and Sgt Lebeaupin both baled out and taken prisoner.

I've underlined the bits that don't match your info exactly. The book has only one other LeO 451 lost that day. Hope this helps.
