332nd FG casualty-July 18,1944
On July 18 1944 Lt. Oscar Hutton was killed while returning from an escort mission to Memmingen A/F. According to one account his plane was hit by a belly tank dropped from another airplane.

Does anyone know the unit of the plane that dropped the belly tank?
