What I wrote above was about the photo in the link, not the one above (sorry if it wasn't clear). And in the link there is a photo of Me 262B. No doubt about it.
As for the photo above - yes, it's Nakajima Kikka, and behind it you can see fuselages of three Nakajima G8N Renzan. As far as I can remember it is Koizumi plant, although I don't have my books with me, so I'm not sure.
There are a lot of books about Kikka (from Monogram, Mushroom, Gakken, Miki Press etc.), and one airframe is in National Air and Space Museum, so it's by no means an obscure aircraft.
As for Me 262 in Japan - as far as I can remeber there was no Me 262 in Japan. Dismantled Me 163 was indeed shipped (by submarine) to Japan, but never reached Japan. I've seen Me 262 in Japanese markings, but these were only fictional 3D drawings in Japanese magazines.
