Nothing new really. Geust only gives a potted history of the ROA Air Force, the detail is in the book by Joachim Hoffmann - Die Tragödie der "Russischen Befreiungsarmee" 1944/1945.
That said, the people from Japo published the only known photograph of a ROA St.Andrews cross on a Bf109 in their book Messerschmitt Bf109G-10/U4 Production & Operational Service in 2004, see the first image below. The second image consists of two pages of the ROA Air Force newspaper Наши крылья published in April 1945.
