Tunkimiunkin Island = Tiengemeten a small Island in the Haringvliet
Oude Bugerland = Oud-Beijerland a small village near by.

This puts the crash in the same area.

You quote the pilot. Did he reveal this info personally or is he quoted in a book? Would you know if he is still alive?
