I'm sorry but the NARA T-405, Roll No. 56, contains information only on the transfer of Do 17s to Roumania. I do not know of any NARA files for transfers of aircraft to Bulgaria or Croatia, though of course it is possible that such files may be found somewhere in the great NARA swamp.
