Soviet Spitfire IX v. Finnish Bf 109G?

Most of the Spitfire IXs supplied to the Soviets in 1944 were used as interceptors, defending Moscow and other high-value areas. I have seen it suggested that some of those assigned to defend Leningrad may have clashed with Finnish Bf 109Gs. Is there any evidence for this? Were the Soviet Spitfire IXs used as interceptors successful in shooting down any German long-range reconnaissance aircraft?

thanks
