Hello,
Almost put this in the "General" section but it did not seem to fit.
So here goes.

"Free-French" only refers to those who escaped in 1940.
While
"French" applies to those who were ex-Vichy and turned after "Torch".

I had thought that the term "Free-French" applied to ALL French Forces who fought for the Allies up to the end of WW2 ?
