Quite so. Möhring remains missing I believe. Entry amended thus:
1./KG1 Heinkel He111H. Shot down in the Channel during sortie to Portsmouth and attack by Hurricanes of Nos.145 and 601 Squadrons 6.00 p.m. FF Lt Peter Wagner, BS Hptmn Karl-Heinz Behrens, HB Oberfw Werner Bischoff, and BF Uffz Hans Krause all killed, BM Uffz Walter Möhring missing. Aircraft 100% write-off.
The bodies of four of this crew later came ashore on the French coast.
