Sorry to hear that volume 5 also has some issues - a terrible shame really since a thorough proofreader, with a little background, could have caught most of the issues which I've come across in Volume 4.

You put my feelings in writing. I thought at one time I was blind and lost my own abillity to count
. Indeed ALL the volumes has many, many places where an interested proofreader immediately would have spotted all these anomalies.
