The quadrangular construction in the background of picture #11, looks like the hangar on Fels, as well the hills in the background of the second picture.

Hence, I'll say that the guy on his armchair has been taken in Fels in Summer 1943. Just wait for another eBay picture in 6 months and we'll have his name and plane's code number !!! .
